Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice for you to see before confirming your order.
Q: What is the condition of your items? A: We are proud to say that we sell only NEW items in their original packaging!
Q: How long will it take to get my item? A: Estimated delivery within 7 to 8 business days from the day of purchase within the United States. International deliveries may take longer. Please note that we do not ship on Weekends or Holidays!
Q: Where do you ship from? A: Most items ship from Lahaina, HI, United States.
Q: Do you offer international shipping? A: We ship anywhere in the world!
Q: Can I return an item? A: If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise for a full refund of your purchase price. A 20% restocking fee may be applied. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us! Shipping charges are non-refundable! The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped? A: We usually ship within 5 'business days'. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays! Please allow extra time for processing your order, if placed on a weekend or holiday!

Q: What if I want specific colors or designs, or to make any specific request about the item I have purchased? A: You may email your request to sales@bunsofmaui.net.

When you place an order, for your convenience we offer to retain your card details. These are maintained in a secure format. However, if you prefer that we do not maintain these details, you can go to 'Your Account', click on 'Edit or Delete a Payment Method' and delete any card information.
